He offered three diffrent récipes such as pork loin with chimichurri sauce, pork sirloin with “lemonion” sauce and sushi with pork ham.
The first show was offered to a number of local bloguers who were very interested in the performance as well as in the nutritional and goodness of the Spanish pork meat. After the show, these bloggers had the chance to interview the chef who focussed his answers to emphatize the nutritional characteristics of the Spanish pork meat.
The show cooking was attended by around 550 people who were able to taste the Chef recipes. Moreover, during the time of the exhibition fair, the attendees were offered a cold meat (chorizo, lomo, salchichon, etc) tasting and the Ham carving master, Ricardo Rojas, did a ham curving show in front of a great audience who were curious and expectants to taste the product and discover the curving techniques.
