Promotion for Spanish Restaurants

Coinciding with the World Tapa Day, INTERPORC launched a promotional initiative within the Spanish restaurants at Seoul. This initiative consists in the implementation of the three recipes designed by the renowned Spanish Michelin star Chef Kisko Garcia at the Spanish restaurants of Seoul.
Ten different Spanish restaurants had the chance to attend the event at the prestigious Intercontinental Seoul Coex Hotel, where they learnt how to cook, step by step, each one of the three recipes (Serrano ham croquettes with kimchi, Seoul express pork gyozas and lacquered pork belly) from the famous Chef Kisko Garcia himself, as well as tasting the recipes after Kisko Garcia prepared them.
This initiative’s main goal is to promote the consumption of Spanish white pork meat in Seoul through high cuisine recipes at affordable prices.
